We are the end-to-end solution for seamless workforce onboarding and retention, with regional offices spanning the country.
Having a lineage of more than a century in the textile industry, the co-founders of AamDhanE realized the absence of a dedicated platform for hiring workers with required skill-set which caused them to depend on scattered agents with the additional problem of workforce retention.
Faced with these difficulties first-hand, they started AamDhanE in the small district of Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu in 2021. The journey began with the Garment Industry where 25000 jobs were created. Within the next couple of months, AamDhanE expanded to 7+ industrial sectors, amassing over 50000+ jobs with 4000+ placed workers.
